My team members and I have set up a bazaar in Downtown East providing services for kids such as Sand Art, Glitter Globe, Face Painting and Balloon Sculpturing as part of my Enterprise Creation and Development Module last semester.
Furthermore, during my ITE days, I managed the pushcart in school selling cupcorn and ice-milo as part of my Entrepreneurship Club CCA.
These two activities enables me to gain hands-on experience on how to handle real customers Hence, enabling me to know how to manage people well.
Foreign Talent Project (Human Resource Management Module)
We were supposed to write a report on whether foreign talent will be beneficial to Singapore as part of our Human Resource Management Module last semester. This project enables me to know more what foreign talent is about and how is it beneficial to Singaporeans. It actually helps me to boraden my knowledge about HRM and it will indeed help me in the HRM industry.
I & E Event Management Project
For our I & E Event Management,we organised an Amazing Race around Orchard Road.This module has enabled me to plan and organize an event well. Hence, enabling me to organise events and functions for the company such as Annual Dinner and Dance well.
